In addition to resources for education and research, Flinders University Library offers options for leisure and wellbeing reading to help you manage stress when you need a break from study. Grab a book to relax with or install an app for free ebooks and audiobooks when you’re on the go.
Central Library (level 1), City Campus Library, Medical Library and Tonsley Library have shelves of leisure reading available to browse a diverse range of popular fiction and non-fiction. You can sit for a while or take books away to read at home.
These books can be identified by the blue 'Read & Return' sticker on the cover; you do not need to use your ID card to borrow them, you can just take them with you and bring back whenever you are finished!
You can also recommend books or genres you’d like the library to purchase.
Residents of South Australia can register a digital membership with Libraries SA. Once registered, you can install a number of apps to access a huge range of eBooks, audiobooks, training videos, and IELTS resources. Register with your personal email address to continue having access once you’ve graduated from Flinders.
