Only titles included in our 2025 Read & Publish agreements appear on the list below. Use the magnifying glass to search—if a title appears, it’s included.
Eligibility criteria apply, and some journals may charge additional fees (e.g., page or colour charges) not covered by the agreement; please refer to the journal’s submission guidelines for more information.
Some publishers limit the number of articles that can be accepted under our agreements, and several of these caps will be reached before the end of 2025. To ensure your article remains eligible for an APC waiver, plan ahead by checking whether your target journal is part of a capped agreement and consider acceptance times.
From 1 January 2026, Flinders University will have Read & Publish agreements with several major publishers, including a landmark comprehensive agreement with Taylor & Francis, and enhanced deals with Springer Nature, and Wiley offering uncapped hybrid publishing and capped gold open access publishing with significantly expanded title coverage and higher caps. These changes represent a substantial improvement in publishing opportunities for Flinders researchers.
Additional agreements include Association for Computer Machinery, American Institute of Physics, American Psychological Association, Brill, Cambridge University Press, Company of Biologists, CSIRO, Elsevier (in-principle for 2026), Emerald, Geological Society (new for 2026), IOP Science, John Benjamins, Microbiology Society, Ovid (new for 2026), Oxford University Press, Portland Press/Biochemical Society, and SAGE.
Please note: Detailed lists of included titles are not expected until early 2026.
