The Central Library is the largest branch, and holds materials to serve the whole University community.
There are extensive reading and study areas and borrowing facilities to any student in the University.
The Library's online catalogue, FindIt@Flinders, provides details of the books, journals and other materials held by each library along with details of our extensive electronic resources.
Training and tours are offered at the beginning of each semester, and help is always available from the Information Desk.
The library offers a wide range of electronic services, including;
- a comprehensive range of databases, eBooks and electronic journals.
- computers in each library with internet and word processing capabilities.
Facilities are provided for the use of microform, which are held at URRSA (Universities' Research Repository South Australia). These can be requested through FindIt@Flinders to be brought over to the Central Library. You can ask information desk staff how to use the reader machines.
